1. How much does the machine weigh?                                                             5,725 lbs. completely assembled

2. What is the total shipping weight?                                                                 6,500 lbs

3. How many crates will be shipped?                                                                  There will be two crates, tilt and shock indicators are included.

4. What is the required CFM?                                                                                45 PSI, 5 CFM

5. What materials will the laser cut?                                                                     FR4, copper, brass, mylar, cover, invar, stainless steel, alloy 42, nickel, CRS, HRS, and molybdenum

6. What is the flash lamp life?                                                                 Approximately 800-1500 hours.

7. What is the minimum and maximum thickness of Raw Material that will be cut through?                                                                                                          The system is currently setup for cutting Full Hard Stainless steel from .001 to .015 inches, but will cut up to .030 inches thick.

8. What is the life of the laser beam?                                                            Virtually indefinite, however the flash lamp should be replaced at 900-1500 hours. The Yag Rod, at some point will need to be replaced. One of our lasers currently has 26,000 hours on it and shows no sign of wear on the rod.

9. How many apertures can be cut per hour irrespective of shape and size? Running a test of .003 inch circles on .005 inch pitch results in a cut of over 12, 500 apertures/hr.

10. What is the accuracy in X-Y direction?

11. What is the minimum opening possible?

12. How often will AXIS ® require focusing?                                                    Every 160 hours in clean room conditions.

13. Will AXIS® cut a foil/plate only?                                                                     Yes.

15. What is the table life?                                                                              Indefinite under proper operating procedures. Very robust. We have over 18,000 hours on one of our table with no signs of wear.

16. What table maintenance is required?                                                              Only standard cleaning and removal of debris.

17. What is the ideal temperature range for the room the laser will be housed in?                                                                                                                      Temperature should be maintained at 65-75 degrees F.

18. What is the warranty period?                                                                             A one-year warranty on major components. Consumables are not included.

19. What are the consumable items required regularly and should be kept in stock?                                                                                                                   One (1) each of the following: Flash lamp, nozzle, final focus lens, protective lens cover, front and rear mirrors, DI Water(one gallon), and DI filter.

20. How long will initial machine setup take?                                                         Two days, provided the customer site has been adequately prepared.

21. Are there any spare consumables that come with the machine?                Two nozzles, one flash lamp, one final focus lens, one protective lens cover, and one front and one rear mirror.
